The past year not only flew by, but it was a notable one for the ktMINE team – full of product launches, new hires, and continuing to set new benchmarks for innovation.
We kicked off 2021 with the launch of our Data Services offering. This new service enables our users to access the data needed to build their products from a single provider. It has been exciting to see it adopted by several new customers that were in search of a more efficient way to integrate patent and IP data into their products.
That was just the beginning, we kept incredibly busy throughout the year. The team officially wrapped up development on two innovative products – the ktMINE Benchmark App and Analytics Widget App. Both of which have successfully launched and we are loving the positive feedback we have gotten from our customers.
We were also fortunate enough to grow the ktMINE team once again in 2021. We focused on building out our business development and consulting teams to ensure the continued success of our products and services. This expansion has helped us to grow in other areas as well. Back in December, we announced our partnership with Lighthouse IP. Combining our decades worth of experience allows us to simplify data access based on unique customer needs, and address gaps that exist with the traditional one-size-fits-all model.
Toward the end of 2021, we attended our first in person event since 2019. It was great to reconnect with friendly faces that we haven’t seen in almost two years. We look forward to continuing to be able to connect in person this year – kicking it off with the AUTM Annual Meeting next month.
With 2022 already underway, I can tell it is going to be a year of evolution. We are already engaging with our customers both new and old to continue to enhance and iterate our products to provide the most innovative IP transactions data and analytics platform on the market. Whether it’s through market-leading app launches, or consistently adding to what is already the largest repository of full-text patent content in the world, ktMINE will continue to grow and push the limits on innovation in 2022 and I can’t wait.
