To support our plans to expand our reach within the IP Legal Market, ktMINE is seeking a Business Development Consultant to join our growing company.  As part of our Sales team, the Business Development Consultant will work directly with prospects to identify product fit and to scope out access for users. Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales opportunities through outbound and inbound calls and managing email correspondence from prospective customers
  • Gather and log all call information, sale orders, customer feedback and profile activity on Salesforce and other systems
  • Individually manages call lists and market assignments
  • Conduct high volume call activity time efficiently and effectively to meet daily metrics expectations
  • Implement and further develop (with direction from market leaders) within each market, specific metrics and targets of success to maximize prospect outreach and on-boarding of new business
  • Must be able to achieve and exceed telephone activity goals and other appropriate metrics
  • Build and maintain one‐on‐one customer relationships via phone, email, and onsite engagements
  • Foster internal relationship with the business development team and other internal teams to help drive company objectives in the areas of Sales, Marketing, and Engineering
  • Understand and document customer feedback to further the value proposition of our data offerings to all users
  • Develop a full understanding of data capabilities to assess areas of opportunities for prospective customers
  • Obtain customer and competitive information during daily contacts
  • Contribute to the existing drive to develop best practices
  • Actively participates in meetings and training sessions
  • Assume other responsibilities as required or requested by management

The Unstructured Data Engineer will be responsible for aggregating multiple types of data from public sources. Sources include syndicated news, corporate press releases or data pulled from scraping or crawling tools.

This job requires a high level of creativity and ingenuity in order to be successful. The challenges in this position are endless and the ideal candidate should be able to take arbitrary requirements and turn them into actionable tasks.

Once data is collected and stored within our environment this candidate should be able to work with the engineering team for integration into our databases and platforms depending on the context of the data.

Required Skills:

  • Deep knowledge of data analysis using regular expressions, NLP, machine learning and entity extraction
  • Deep knowledge of HTTP and manipulation of web requests
  • Data transformation and categorization into object models that can be used within the application
  • Skilled at database design and normalization principles
  • Knowledge of SQL and full text index database systems
  • Experience in agile development practices including fast paced development iterations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science or other
    related experience
  • 2+ years’ experience as a software developer or a related field

Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator will work as part of our Marketing team, working directly with the Chief Operating Officer, Marketing Manager, and Market Leads to develop go-to market strategies. This role will have a focus on digital marketing, content development, and special projects.
