LinkedIn-LES-releaseWe will be exhibiting at the Licensing Executives Society (LES) 2016 Annual Meeting, taking place October 23-26, 2016 in Vancouver, BC, Canada. Along with exhibiting, we will be sponsoring the off-site Industry-University-Government Interface (IUGI) networking dinner on October 25, 2016 at Granville Island. LES Annual Meeting brings together over 500 intellectual property, technology, and business development professionals to achieve professional and personal success.

Cash McNeel, Business Development Manager, and John F. Kennedy, Business Development Director, will be representing ktMINE at booth 201 in the exhibit hall. We will be featuring their upcoming product, Patents Application, not yet released. The Patents Application connects global agreement data to global patent data to offer users insights into patent licensing trends and values. We encourage attendees to stop by their booth to learn more about its products and for a chance to win a Taste of Chicago gift package. Our headquarters are in Chicago, the location of the 2017 LES Annual Meeting.

The theme of this year’s meeting will be Global Deals: New Strategic Frontiers, launching technology and intellectual asset commercialization professionals into a century of global change. Sessions will include topic areas such as: patent and technology licensing, IP and innovation expanding a portfolio’s breadth and depth, licensing negotiation scenarios checklist, top court decisions affecting licensing, joint development agreements best practices, preferential rights case studies, how the Chinese evaluate technology, and many more. The IUGI Networking Dinner will bring together professionals from the Industry, University (non-profit), and Government fields, along with the greater investment, business, and legal communities.
