ktMINE’s IP Data & Analytics Platform is subscription-based access to its vast repository of IP data including royalty rates, license agreements, patents, trademarks, IP news, and patent court cases. With intuitive search capabilities, users quickly see the full IP landscape of a technology sector or industry, and responsive analytics allow immediate insights into landscape trends.

ktMINE’s Data as a Service (DaaS) enables customers, ranging from third-party database partners to consulting and corporate users, to integrate ktMINE data directly into their applications for internal and external users to leverage the data to facilitate their research.

To support our plans to expand our brand and product initiatives, ktMINE is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our growing company. As part of our Marketing team, the Marketing Specialist will work directly with the Chief Operating Officer and Market Leads to develop go-to-market strategies. Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate on go-to-market strategies
  • Execute marketing strategies and tactics to present ktMINE to prospects, current users, and partners
  • Create and deploy marketing cross-channel campaigns from the idea inception to execution
  • Create engaging content (blogs, articles, campaigns, press releases, and presentations) to be shared through web, events, email, social, and any other appropriate mediums
  • Build strategic relationships with partners, vendors, and others in the market
  • Design marketing collateral and website pages
  • Manage website development and execution, including customer journeys and SEO/SEM strategies
  • Work with Business Development, Customer Success, Research Operations, and Technology teams to ensure the ktMINE Brand is appropriately being presented
  • Leverage marketing automation campaigns
  • Develop and maintain reports on marketing activities to assist with identifying the return on investment of various marketing efforts

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Creativity and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Ability to work independently as well as a desire to be a productive member of our team
  • Ability to multitask, manage, prioritize, and meet multiple deadlines
  • Positive attitude and a desire to deliver high-quality work

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in the IP Legal Market
  • 4+ years’ experience in marketing, communications, PR, or a related field
  • BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign) experience a plus
  • CRM (Salesforce)
  • Marketing Automation Software (Pardot)
  • Content Management System (WordPress experience a plus)
  • Social media marketing experience a plus
  • Experience bringing products or services to market
  • Business-to-Business marketing experience
