John is a member of ktMINE’s Chicago-based analyst team, which is the group responsible for reviewing all IP licensing agreements to capture key terms and conditions.
John has expertise as both a ktMINE analyst and as a former transfer pricing professional. He has personally analyzed thousands of IP license agreements through each role.
John’s previous transfer pricing consulting experience includes performing various services for multinational companies including tangible, intangible, and services analyses. During his years of providing transfer pricing consulting services, John has assisted with global licensing strategies, litigation support related to intangible property cost sharing analyses, and intellectual property valuations. John has experience in the Software, Industrial Equipment, Household Durables, and Healthcare Pharamceutical and Products industries.
In addition to analyzing license agreements and seeking new content for ktMINE’s repository, John also takes a lead role in setting goals and architecting the approach used for ktMINE’s customized research services projects. He has researched trends, patterns and relationships pertaining to specific facets of IP intangibles transactions for clients in corporate and government fields.
John has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois.
